All photographs and media created by Brighton Lensworks remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive usage rights as agreed in the contract; however, we retain rights to use images for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide accurate information related to services requested and ensure necessary permissions and releases have been obtained for photography in third-party locations or involving third parties.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be communicated promptly. Refund and rescheduling policies will be governed by specific agreements made at the time of booking. Brighton Lensworks reserves the right to cancel or reschedule in exceptional circumstances with appropriate notice.

6. Liability

Brighton Lensworks shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our liability, where applicable, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service rendered.

7. Privacy

8. Governing Law
